Summary: Daiki is a very good guy. He is smart, courteous and has a girlish feature even though he is a guy. He has a childhood-friend and at the same time best friend named Chinen Yuri, they are living together. In their school, there is a guy named Takaki Yuya who is the most popular guy and his cousin too Yamada Ryosuke. Takaki, Ryosuke and their other friends are the most popular but the worst guys in the school. Rude, arrogant and disrespectful, that is what Daiki and Yuri really hates…. As soon as they met the two cousins and their friends, their peaceful high school life becomes hell.

“Yuri, say ahh….” Ryosuke sang as he lifts up the fork with an apple sticking on it.
“How many times do I have to tell you that I can eat by myself? So persistent you are, I say.” Yuri said as he rolls his eyes; directing his attentions towards the singing birds hovering outside the window.
“Knowing that you can’t use your dominant hand; do you think you can eat properly?” Ryosuke ask as he eats the apple instead.
“Ryosuke, don’t anger our little patient here. You are already pissing him off enough since his admission yesterday. Let alone the person agrees with you whole heartedly. Don’t use his sickness for your little plan here.” Shohei said as he grabs Ryosuke up and throw him off to the couch. He smirked at Ryosuke before sitting on the latter’s former sit. He waved a piece of paper into the air and that caught Yuri’s attention.
“What is that?” The little squirrel asks as he eyed the paper Shohei’s waving playfully. Ryosuke got his eyes wide as he realized what that thing Shohei is playing.
“Want me to read it Chii?” Shohei ask teasingly as he grinned evilly at Ryosuke. “Wait, I think it is best if you are the one who is going to read this.”
“Sure thing.”
After the agreement, Shohei cleared his throat and handed Yuri the piece of paper. Ryosuke, feeling helpless, had his head low.

Take him on a date. (If he agrees)

Make him some hand-made gyoza. I am really proud of my cooking skills.

Make him some sweets. (Even me is enough though)
Monday
Confess my feelings for him in the entire school.
Shohei burst in laughter as he saw the expression Yuri made as he crumpled the paper after reading it.
“What are we missing guys?” Kota asks as he enters the room with Kei clinging on his arm.
“Yeah. You guys seem happy. Especially this crazy.” Takaki said as he points Shohei who is rolling on the floor while holding his stomach and laughing.
“What makes you think that I will approve all of this?” Yuri asks in a very low, dangerous tone.
After hearing this threatening voice, Shohei stopped laughing and everyone stood very still. They looked towards Ryosuke who is sweating like there is no tomorrow.
“I am asking you Yamada, are you deaf?” Yuri snapped.
“J-just h-hoping?” Ryosuke said as he hides behind Yuto.
Yuri heaved a very deep sigh. He massages his temples before giving his answer.
“I will agree to all of this except……………… the bathing thing.” A blush crept on Yuri’s face as he looked away.
“REALLY?! You will agree with me doing all of that? Except the…..” Ryosuke abruptly stopped as he realizes what the little squirrel had just said.
“So-sorry!!!!!!! It won’t happen!!” Ryosuke squealed before burying himself behind Kota and Kei.
The others just laughed at the scene before their eyes. The aura that the guys emit is enough to irritate Haruma, badly. He then just rolls his eyes and decided to join and act out.
“It is good thing that you are already alright Chii-chan.” Haruma said as he sits at the end of the bed.
“Yeah, but I wanted to take revenge on the stupid bastard who did this. Who knows, maybe this fucking pervert might do something again. If they need money, they can just ask for it. Hurting someone is not between the choices.” Yuri exclaimed in a very annoyed yet dangerous voice. The others are stunned because of the words the little squirrel had just used -except Daiki’s gang-.
“Chii, using your sharp tongue should be stopped ok? You had just recovered. Do you want another injury my little squirrel?” Kei asked in a much dangerous voice that made everybody in the room shivered. Yuri just let out a nervous laugh before nodding his head. Kei just returned an evil yet gentle smile. Kota just gulped as he realizes that he should never messed with Kei, not with his dangerous boyfriend.

---At the hospital’s garden---
“So, got any lead who had done this?” Ryutaro ask his butler, Kawashima. The butler just bowed.
“I’m sorry Young Master. We haven’t got any report regarding of Yuri-sama’s incident. But we are trying our best to find the culprit. I am so sorry to disappoint you Young Master.” Kawashima explained.
Ryutaro just heaved a very deep sigh after hearing the news. This so-called assassinator is nearly getting into his nerves. He wanted to send this person behind the bars and suffer the consequences he deserves after doing something stupid. Also, he wanted to know this guy’s reasons. Enough reasons for Ryutaro and the others to spare his pathetic life.
“It’s okay. Just find him or her as soon as possible. If you find this guy, make sure to bring him to us. Just try your best in finding this idiot. Thank you and you may go now.” Ryutaro said. The butler bowed down before leaving.
“I think this guy is pretty careful.” A familiar voice popped out of nowhere again. Ryutaro just roll his eyes before turning back to see the annoying guy behind him.
“Didn’t you had nor have the knowledge that eavesdropping is bad, Yaotome?” Ryutaro ask in a little harsh tone.
“I am older than you so I think you should respect me. Didn’t you had nor have the knowledge that respecting other people is the most basic thing in living? Respect others so that you will be acknowledged as a decent one and for that they will return the respect you are nearly giving them” Hikaru said as he sits at the bench provided there. Ryutaro just rolls his eyes as he sits at the other bench, just beside the on Hikaru is sitting.
“I didn’t realize that you can use your head sometimes.” Ryutaro retorted back sarcastically. Hikaru chuckled a bit after hearing the words the younger is using. Instead of having the feeling of being annoyed, somehow he sees the younger’s action is rather cute. He knows that the younger is just too shy to show his true emotions. So he is just covering it by using his Icy side.
“Let’s just have a proper conversation ok? I’m tired of bickering already over senseless or rather childish things. I’m fed up about it!!!” Hikaru said annoyingly.
Ryutaro thought for a moment. It is true. When they see each other, they will start a fight over the tiniest thing. He is tired of it already too. They never had the proper conversation yet. Or so he thought. Until that conversation yesterday suddenly popped out of his mind.
“Why? Why are you guys willing to risk your own lives just to protect us?”
“Because there is something we are strongly holding unto.”
“And what is that?”
“It is love Ryutaro, its love.”
He remembered that part very clearly. He first got confused at what the older is indicating on it. But then he had come to realize it. He admit that he have been developing a special feelings towards the goofy guy. But he is just too shy to admit it.
“A-about yesterday’s conversation.” Ryutaro started.
“Hmm?” Hikaru turned his attention towards the younger.
“What are you implying behind those words?” Ryutaro finally ask even though he already knew the answer. He just wanted to hear it from the goofy guy.
“Oh yeah, that. Well it merely just means that we all care about you guys. Well, probably love you guys. That is why we are willing to sacrifice everything. Everything just to protect you from any harm, even if we have to lose our lives” Hikaru said solemnly.
Ryutaro just hang his head low. He felt so stupid for hurting the elder’s feeling. It feels reality had just told him that despite of his mature thinking, he really has a very strong density. He is too dumb not to notice the kindness Hikaru is giving him. If they didn’t have this conversation, he will never notice the kindness he is receiving until it vanished.
“You know,” Hikaru started again after being sick of the thick atmosphere “it is the very first time I become serious over someone. I admit that I had messed with some girls around here and there. But I had never ever become serious over them. I know they are just after my money. Until the time has come that I met this special person whom I vowed to love, protect and gave my heart only for him. I just hope that he can return my feelings.”
Ryutaro felt a sting on his chest. “Who? Who is this someone you are talking about? After I had just known my feelings for you, you will say those things?”
“Who-who is this someone?” Ryutaro shakily ask. Hikaru just chuckle a bit because of Ryutaro’s futility. He got up his seat and walk towards the hamster. He leaned forward and whisper through Ryutaro’s ears.
“It is you kiddo.”
Then again, Ryutaro felt that reality is so cruel for letting him know how dense he is, for the second time.

“Ne Dai-chan.” Takaki calls Daiki who is busy looking at the dishes served at the cafeteria to find something to fulfil his friends growling stomach. It is lunch time after all.
“Why?” Daiki ask without looking up at Takaki.
“Is there something holding your back?” Takaki ask out of blue. Daiki was dumbfounded by Takaki’s sudden question. What does it mean? It really confuses the hell out of him.
“What do you mean?” Daiki ask back confusedly.
“Let’s talk about it after we eat.” Takaki said. Daiki just shrugged and continue to look at the foods.
After they have all eaten, Takaki ask Daiki out to the rooftop. Daiki just nod for he wants to know what the older mean behind his question. Somehow he has the feeling that behind that question is the one he doesn’t want to answer all these 3 years’ time.
“So, what is it that you want to talk about?” Daiki started.
“Well, you remember the confessions I have been giving you these past few months right?” Takaki ask as he gazes at the sky.
“How many times-“
“Just answer the questions I am going to give you.” Takaki cut off.
“Ok fine. Yeah, I remember them all. What about it?” Daiki ask.
“Daiki, I am serious when I am saying all of those things. It is just that, there is something bugging my mind.” Takaki said as he looks at Daiki.
“What is it?” Daiki ask as his curiosity takes over.
“Is there something holding your back?” Takaki ask seriously.
Daiki was taken aback by the question. This is the query he always avoided. He is still stuck in his past. That’s why maybe, just maybe, his past life is the one that is holding his back.
“I, how come you had come over that conclusion?” Daiki ask and nervousness is obvious in his voice.
“I had come to that conclusion because I had realized something.”
“What is it?”
“I already knew that you had developed the same feelings for me. It is just; I know there is something holding your back.”

It took me so long because of my sickness -again-
It’s because I nearly got to heaven if my asthma hadn’t been prevented, I nearly got died!!!
Now, the hell my asthma turns out to be pneumonia, just as my doctor had predicted
I was bedridden for weeks, that’s why when I had recover, I took some rest
I was out of school for a long time that’s why loads of work came upon me when I got back
That’s why became very busy
That’s why please everyone, spare me!!!!
