That's almost certain to be the Obama - Romney final result, rounded to the nearest tenth of a percent. Yup, Obama finally made it over 51% as more results from New York State trickle in (delayed, presumably, because of Hurricane Sandy). He's now up to 51.06%, with, apparently, still some votes to tally from New York and Hawaii.
