OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- A human head was found in a pile of debris Wednesday morning at a recycling center in West Oakland.
Workers found the head in a pile of debris at the California Waste Solutions facility on Tenth Street near Pine Street.
Police say the head may have been mummified.
