Kristin had a doctor's appointment this morning, so I tagged along and got the seasonal flu shot at Kaiser (the H1N1 vaccine is only being given currently out to younger people and others especially at risk). No pain (yet, anyway), but hopefully some gain.

I've never gotten a flu vaccine shot before. But I'm getting older. And some of the stories of people getting the flu and being hideously sick are starting to get to me.
