Emmer is the Republican candidate for Governor. A recount (mandated by law, because the vote differential was less than 0.5%) is underway. Emmer has exactly 0% chance of winning the recount.
I get it. I really do. Republicans want to reduce the number of lawsuits when it comes to people having the wrong leg amputated or being misdiagnosed. But when it comes to increasing the number of tables...
