California votes

They say there was record turnout.

If seven million people voted (less than half the the registrants,
which is a very low estimate), there are still a lot of votes uncounted.

Approximately 6.3 million votes are tabulated at CNN.

As I understand it a lot of these as-yet-uncounted votes are late
absentee ballots. Something on the order of a million. Getting an
accurate tablulation of these votes will affect the delegate
distribution between the candidates in a number of CD's.
