Last paper with old masthead
Oh boy. This paper took way too long to get done. I don't know why -- for the last 3 hours or so I could only lend marginal help -- most stuff was edited and flat-checked, there were just a couple of bottlenecks.
So the ed-in-chief was pretty tired when the paper finished... we kind of had to coax her into getting drinks (after we found out Reggie's was closed). I think it was good that we got together at the end of that run -- it was a pretty good year. And she was a good ed-in-chief. And it was a pretty good team, too.
