I've been wide awake all night..

If I pass all my exams, or better yet, do better than a pass, I will have proven that it's possible to:

  1. Wag most of your lectures
  2. Copy all your assignments from a smartass or complete them pathetically
  3. Spend your days doing absolutely nothing but living in the cinema
Yet still learn the course sufficiently by cramming. I suppose there's a lot of luck involved in there too :P

I am brain dead.

I missed the Race That Stops a Nation because I was too busy writing about how Wildebeest have changed the African landscape for my Conservation Biology exam. It was quite depressing too, seeming as I made sure to spend that one and half minutes past 3'oclock staring at the empty Caulfield Racecourse. A highlight though, was stepping out and realising that there was a huge gathering of environmental people (huge being like eight of us :P) which was nice seeming as I haven't spent time with most of them since last semester or whilst bird watching lol.

Then cramcramcram for math. Goodness me, never again. I promise I'm going to go to lectures and do all my tute work next year. It was sad coming out of the exam today and seeing all the friends I made through the various engineering subjects because we all know that next year I definately won't be having classes with them since I'm an enviro. You know what I hated the most? Computing labs. You know what I'll miss the most? Computing labs. Just the whole gang of us copying off Arm and the hilarious situations some of my friends would get into. The funny thing is, I never even intended to make friends, I didn't even try. Infact, I was so intent on concentrating and doing work in the first couple weeks that I have no idea how it happened at all! But, I am really very lucky.

But while we wait, shoesshoesshoes.

I have come to the realisation that my work closet is extremely dismal, which may have something to do with the fact that I've never actually worked a day in my life (apart from work experience or volunteer work at the Salvation Army). One good look at my office wear has me ashamed, I certainly don't want to look like a Safeway kid when I go to Bunbury, as I assume I won't be spending all my time walking around in mud as that would be far too much for an intern. So next time I hit the shops, it's time to start looking at the high-waisted pants and crisp white shirts.

I know I know, engineers just wear plaid!! I promise I won't go over-board!

If it were up to me I would go all corporate and invest in these super-cute Juicy Couture shoes, nicely named, Alegra.

It's times like this I wish I were a lawyer or accountant.
