I've been trying to see Dick Dale in concert for the past handful of years, now. I always said, "I need to see this man perform live before he... you know... dies" because let's face it, he is about 7,000 years old.
I went to his page to see what's up with the king of surf guitar since he's usually in Philadelphia around this time of year and what do I see? I see an open letter to his fans addressing concerns about his recent battle with rectal cancer.
