Mellow Yellow
It's hot as hell and so humid that the cats are carrying diving equipment. It's impossible to write anything deep and meaningful, so I'll bore you with the latest addition to my FREITAG collection. It might not be the most beautiful bag I own, but it's definitely the coolest one!
That modell ("Donna") isn't produced anymore, and this is an extremely rare motif. FREITAG cuts tarpaulins in a way that makes it impossible to identify what company it comes from. And here we have "German Mail - Mail Express!" How cool is that? And what does it tell about me that I squee about a bag made of tarpaulin?!
And because I was in a yellow mood, I bought some matching nail varnish. You can tell from my swollen hand how hot it is at the moment. I'm Miss Stubby Fingers today...
The bag was a cheer up. I always wanted that modell, but couldn't afford it (it was about £150 back in the day), and when I had some spare money, they only had plain colours. And now I bought it off an auction side for a tenth of its original price. Life is good! Yes, I'm easily pleased.
As all my FREITAG bags have a name, I have to come up with something fitting for this one ("Donna" is absolutely out of question). Maybe "Postman Pat"...
