Sleepy Times are Good =D!
Omg I woke up at six something today...but I slept at eight something yesterday. I would have slept longer but my mom was like GO TO CLASS!!!!
But yea Wed was sooooooo harsh D=! Eight hours of cooking in an uncomfortable uniform. I made a consomme! And I practiced it the day before (while Sue was badgering me to help her with her religion homework, like I know shit about Buddhism o.o) so on yesterday mines was pretty clear =D! And the chef said it tasted really good but I forgot to cook the garnish more and the cream of celery was also good but I had to thicken it some more o.o. But yay! This means her taste is like mines, medium saltiness!
Banquet class is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO fun! I love it and I love the chef! My group made mac and cheese which was so easy and then I helped out another group with their soup, I had to dice lamb and salted pork into like a very small dice, like bigger than a brunoise but still pretty small.
Classmates are still...quite foreign. I wish more people lived around my area were there. I don't really know what to talk to married guy about. We had a convo about music. He does not know who Oasis is and I did not know who those Mandarin people were. We both know Nicholas Tse and we both like Eason lol. I've talked to this Korean guy (whom I dubbed Kimchi...because his name actually does sound like that okay?) is pretty funny. Somehow he managed to befriend like every other Korean at the college...o.O... Uh...I've talked (using lightly) to another Cantonese person in my class. Since I'm used to talking to other people my age in English cause like Jenny and them are Mandarin and Sue is white-washed he's like "why is your Cantonese so shit?" and I'm like EXCUUUUUUUUUSE ME?!?!. I thought he was 18...he was actually 24... Seriously, Asians don't age...even surprises me sometimes o.o.
Oh! And I bumped into one of my ex-coworkers on the bus on Monday D=! And had to do awkward small talk. And apparently everyone at Harvey's is dating like there's no other people on Earth o.O. And throughout the bus and subway ride (so long lol) he's just like "Are you coming back to work? You should come back to work. COME BACK!" cause there's like all new people or something and a lot of older people like old people...old... Clearly school is frying my brain and my powers of synonyms.
I re-bought my Don't Believe the Truth cd, AND I FOUND THE MASTERPLAN WHICH I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR SINCE FOR-FUCKING-EVER!!! Kyaaaaaaaa XD!
Then I saw the most HORRIFYING THING! I went to throw something away and I thought "well isn't this garbage can dirty" cause there were like black things on it (A LOT OF THEM!) and then I went closer to throw it away and the black dots (all a lot of them!) STARTED FLYING!! They were fucking humongous FLIES!!! D=!!!! TT__TT!!!!!!!!!! That was scaaaaaaaaaarring!!!!
