So I'm making pizza for dinner guests tonight. One guest requested a pizza without tomato sauce, and the other can't eat any corn products. I decided to make a nice creamy cheese sauce and it came out well until I noticed that the sour cream I used was low fat which means..... thickened with corn starch GRRRRR! I grabbed the wrong one. Usually I just get regular sour cream and use it sparingly. The regular doesn't have cornstarch.
I ended up making a new batch, and now it looks like we're having mac 'n cheese for dinner tomorrow night.
