Hey guys,
Yessss....just one more day of school this week. I have big tests to study for tonight though! I am so tired this week; I just can't sit down to study without falling asleep.
Band has been kind of boring for me this week. I really have no purpose when we're cleaning drill. Mr. Waters was randomly really nice to me today.."Yeah, you were an easy choice for us, but at the same time...we really hated to take the best trumpet player in the state off the field." Lol..I almost fall over when he says that stuff to me. speaking of all-state..I think I'm finally ordering my solo..yeah, I lost a couple months time on that because my mom was "too busy to get online and buy it". Grrrr...hopefully I'll actually like it and be able to play it once it comes in.
Mazi taught me some parts this afternoon on Marimba. Gah, that is so much fun! I wonder if mr. Waters would let me do Percussion Ensemble next semester.. ::ponders:: hey percussionists, drop him some hints for me, ok? lol.
Well, class is almost over, so I'm going to try to do one more assignment before I leave. See you all tomorrow!
