Ack, I keep saying that I'll get ahead in my college class, but nooo..I keep updating this goofy thing. lol..woooo
ok, so this weekend was a lot of fun. I was surprised at my place in our class, much less the whole competition. I listened to my tape and I think she was asleep or something. She didn't say much except.."ok, this is a difficult show, good confidence." So..that didn't help me much. But that's the biggest friggin trophy I've ever gotten in my life. Too bad it stays at the school, lol.
Band was frustrating to me today. Everybody was abnormally hyper or something so I had to punk them out.
"trombones, if you're gonna play arpeggios, don't miss the high note". (why they felt the need to do strange stuff on unison parts I don't know.) Ha..Brett told me he wouldn't do it anymore.
Man, I'm gonna die on my tests this week. I have a 9-weeks test Thursday in A&P plus a test on Jane Eyre. Yay for tests-that-shoot-your-average-the-last-day-of-the-nine-weeks-when-you've-really-tried-the-whole-semester-to-make-good-grades. Ah, such is the life.
Ha, Kelly told me she voted me for Homecoming court. wooo, what if I was royalty? lol..well, I do have a shirt that says "queen of the band". That's prolly as far as I'll get in the monarchy scene :)
My grandparents are coming tomorrow from Michigan..my uncle is coming also and taking my room. I hope he likes pink walls and white curtains, haha. grr..that means I have to clean my room tonight. Well, I'm heading home now, so I will see you all tomorrow :)
