And so it begins...

Well the lights are off. Got my blackjack gum here (not really just felt like channeling Christian Slater). So, here I sit in the photolab drooling over the G5 goodness which surrounds. Sometimes I think the word "Multitask" was created just for me. I'm scanning on one computer, printing on another, listening to music, and posting all at the same time. I'm sure I'll find something else to add to the list but it's a small room and I didn't bring all my equipment. The printing seems to be going well. There is a slight color problem but I'll work through that later right now I'm just too giggly for words (who am I kidding? I don't do giggly.).

And, you know what this means? I'll be adding more images soon, go me (a little cabbage patch for ya').

I must say coming from SCAD to here is kind of a weird little concept. The computer lab at SCAD was called Montgomery Hall (and of course the slideshows are broken). This thing was badass. Two floors for students filled with computer editing and imaging software, and an equipment rental room with portable green screens, beta cameras, lights, digital cameras. Computers with Maya, Lightwave, Macromedia (almost everything), Adobe (everything)...my mind is a swirl just remembering the late nights spent playing in that place. Of course I tried to go there late to help all the slackers who waited 'til the last minute to do their projects. I didn't mind too bad since I was usually done.

EDIT: Color problem fixed. Yay!
