Cliques: Does the hurt outweigh the good?
For my podcast topic essay, which our group decided would be cliques, I am taking the concept of cliques and using the fifteen sources that I found to show both the benefits and the consequences of having them. When I have done that, I intend to take my essay to another step, launching a full scale attack on the very subject of cliches, and proving via statistics, personal accounts, and home made surveys taken that having cliques in our society only promotes hurt and rejection and leads to stereotyping. I intend to prove just how much prejudice is in the concept of a clique, and why they are a parasite to society.
