New apartment
Yesterday I heard I was picked for the apartment I really wanted. So exciting! I can go in there at the 1st of June and I have to leave here on July 1st, so that means I have a month to arrange the move. Very relaxed that I don't have to stress about it.
The apartment is in Arnhem, at Kronenburg. It's 50m2, bedroom, spacious bathroom, kitchen attached to living and balcony. It's on the top (3rd) floor of the building and on a corner, so I only have one person next to me. There's a private space at the ground floor to store my bike. It just sounds so good. I haven't seen it yet, two of my friends went looking instead of me because I was working in Amsterdam and I couldn't get there in time. I trust their opinion and now I've seen pictures, it definitely looks like I can do something with it.
Now I need to get stuff like a fridge, washing machine. My parents have a new stove for me, so that's a worry less. :) I'll get decent 2ndhand things, because I can't afford to buy everything new.
Been drawing a lot too. I want to go to the tattoo convention at the end of May in Amsterdam and try to get my name around there, but I need to get everything ready, printed and laminated. It's a bit busy. Also need new businesscards. Haven't even designed them yet. So glad I don't need to stress about the move.
Also, I most likely go to the UK again for work, Londen this time, in June. Busy times!
