Money meh
Is anyone else getting less loan than the other years of being at uni? Is that normal for third year students? I'm only getting £3,645 or something like that!! Higher tuition fees and a lower loan ... yeah, that makes sense! Ah well, my tax man cheque is defo coming through soon. I called them back and they sent it to the wrong address ... the really wrong address. Like my old, old house; the one I was supposed to move into last September but couldn't ... that one!! Dur! Their fault so they're marking the cheque URGENT! Damn straight they are!! I so hope the cheque is for a nice amount, I've made plans for lots of money coming through and am now getting paranoid that it's only going to be for £5. *sighs* No point worrying too much about it right now, won't help!
I sent 15 CVs off to companies around Aber yesterday and got an email back from one of them already! Quick postal and quick replying there! *is impressed* =) Only another 14 replies to come!! Teehee!
5 more shifts at Tesco until my temporary contract with them ends (next Monday!) and by then the parentals will be on holiday so I can chill out as well as pretending to sort out my room whereas I'll just shove it all in boxes and bags and sort it when I actually get to Aber!! Hehe!
Went shopping today, didn't buy much. A diary for next year, earrings from Claire's, nothing exciting. I've been going shopping a lot recently. I went last Thurs and Fri last week to the same place! Gah!! And I've been shopping online, d'oh! I bought Staind's new album, Chapter V!! It's well good, I'm liking it!! Debs - I'll do your Mum a copy if she wants it and hasn't already got it!! =)
Had Charlotte's 21st birthday party on Saturday which was good fun!! It makes a change to not have to shout over one another like at Jak's or not have to queue up for ages for a drink like at Jak's or the Harps, I had fun! The party I've got to go to this coming Sat though, is different. My cousin's fiancee is celebrating her 20th. That's the reason behind the party. Her 20th birthday. What the f***? What a lame excuse for a party!! She's said herself to my cousin that she just wants presents from people! I'm certainly not giving her anything, scrouger of a moo-cow she really is. With her buck teeth and scrawny arms. *nods*
Right after that mini-rant I am going to depart and watch some children's TV! Good old student TV!! Can't wait to go back to Aber!! 13 days time!! Squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! My next holiday is in 43 weeks and 3 days!! Not that I'm counting or anything, no, no, no!! *wags finger* *pokes out tongue!!* =P (<<< Like that!!) Lol!
