I am eager to see
Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps.
Or rather I was eager to see it until I saw it starred
Shia LeBeouf. What is with Hollywood's sudden obsession with mediocrity? Shia LeBeouf in an
Oliver Stone movie, are you effing kidding me?
It was bad enough when I had to watch his estrogenic attempts at playing a tough guy in
Indiana Jones: And The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull.
I don't care how old Harrison Ford gets, I'll watch him play Indiana Jones. I'd go see Indiana Jones: And the Wheel Chair Of Doom, that's how dedicated I am to this franchise. But in Indiana Jones:ATKOTCS Shai LeBeouf nearly killed the whole film from the very beginning. He (LeBeouf) was just awful throughout the entire flick. Luckily a great supporting cast made up for his immense amount of suck.
Shia LeBeouf is to acting as the filthy, rotten water of a cesspool is to drinking.
Now he's in the sequel to one of the best movies I've ever seen and I'm just sick about it.
Is Oliver Stone blinded by Shia's obvious feminine charms?
I really can't wrap my head around that little weenie with the likes of
Michael Douglas on the screen.
I really hope there is a huge supporting cast, because that's the only thing that saved Indiana Jones:ATKOTCS. It took, I estimate, 5 really good actors to overcome the execrable performance of one Shia LeBeouf in that film.
This guy keeps popping up like warts on a toad.
I weep for the future of cinema.
