Kenyan Riots - More Proof That Africa Is Barbarian Territory

Noor Adam begged police to spare his children as he lay bleeding from a bullet wound in front of his shop but they set fire to his store anyway, burning to death his 7-year-old daughter and teenage son inside.
Now, normally I'm very pro-police, but "police" who behave like this are in fact not "police" in any meaning of the term that anyone civilized and sane would respect. They are simply a murderous gang who have conned their way into uniforms -- uniforms which, because of their actions, now confer dishonor upon anyone unfortunate enough to wear them.
Here's the reason underlying their murderous behavior:
The Nairobi shopkeeper says he was targeted by police from a rival tribe - underscoring how riots that began as opposition protests have sent simmering ethnic tensions boiling over and how some police appear to have fueled rather than tamped the violence.
More than two dozen Kenyan civil organizations say police have taken to using extraordinary force, and in some cases carried out extrajudicial executions, in the face of riots sparked by anger over alleged election fraud. Police deny the accusations.
There's more, a lot more. For the moment, let's reflect on a few things:
1) Kenya is actually one of the stabler and MORE CIVILIZED sub-Saharan African nations, having benefitted from a strong British civil service training legacy.
2) Kenya was the country in which the Mau-Mau insurgency famously slaughtered whole white families, to the approval of the Western Left (*). The Mau-Maus failed -- most of them died at the hands of the British and the white colonial militias (**). Recently, the British have agonized over having killed many of the Mau-Mau who tried to surrender. This current news shows that the British mistake was that some of them were let live, to infest the Kenyan political tradition.
3) Does anyone need more proof that Africa has de-civilized since the departure of the colonialists?
