The longest time manta_x and I have been apart was somewhat over two years.

We have been a couple for almost eight.

Through those years we've been apart, because of financial difficulties, we've held onto the future we promised we will share. He's missed out on most of our children's lives, working toward the day that we finally live together.

I fell in love with a man, mensch in every sense of the word, one who is not afraid to be a man, nor afraid of being with a strong woman. He is worthy of everything I am - for he is a man who needs not to tear down another person in order to make himself feel strong, a man of principles and steadfast morals. He builds, with his own skill, his own capabilities, his own will, and can stand on his own without support from his parents. I cannot imagine settling for less than the wonderful person that manta_x is.

And he's the one who tells me he is lucky to have met me and won my heart.

So, even though he and yama were born on the same day, he is everything that yama will never be.

Certainly, he seems to have gotten all the heart, spine, balls, courage, brains and soul that yama very notably lacks.

I don't actually remember where Drow took pride in the culture of the Philippines. Didn't she once say she was glad the Spanish colonized them and they were nothing like Indonesia and Malaysia because of it?

She was talking about that how the Philippines was better for being conquered by the Spanish as opposed to what happened with Malaysia and Indonesia.
