Pakistani Scientist warns "Our Missiles Are Ready!"

A Pakistani scientist who has worked to develop his nation's nuclear weapons says the missiles are on rocket launchers and can be fired in 10 minutes.
The scientist's name is Samar Mubarakmand, and he also advises:
"We should talk to India strongly. ... Even while giving the message of friendship, we should make [Indians] realize that we are not weak," he said. "Being a small nation, if we abandon the option ... to launch a nuclear attack, then there won’t be any use of the second option. This way you end one advantage."
In other words, he believes that Pakistan can and should use its nuclear deterrent to intimidate India into accepting endless future attacks from Pakistan. This is precisely why India must now begin planning to knock out that nuclear deterrent and ensure that Pakistan never builds another one, and must vow that if any Indian cities are hit by Pakistani missiles, that this will be the end of the history of "Pakistan."
The Pakistanis have, you see, jumped the gun in carrying out the Mumbai Massacre. They have no more than a few dozen nuclear warheads and the reliability of both the warheads and the launchers are suspect. While they have a decent air defense system, it is not up to shooting down ballistic missiles. The Indians have a chance now to eliminate the Pakistani nuclear threat, and the provocation to justify doing so.
The Indians should take this chance, because with each passing year, Pakistan will only grow stronger, and the butcher's bill of a nuclear war with Pakistan greater.
Strike now, or suffer later. That is India's choice.
