I baked some last min xmas cupcakes for my gals (with my limited stock of supplies) to bring to their school for their xmas celebration. It will be their last day in school and they bidded farewell to all the teachers & friends. Check out Nikki's creation of face....so funny. Over the weekends, I decided to make wedding cupcakes preview and this round I used fondant and had my hands whipping up royal icing for the 1st time. My attempt to DIY flowers using fondant turned out quite pleasant and sweet. The gals had fun assisting me in cutting the leaves using my newly bought leaf plunger. Mum had finally touched the 60 but she is still as lovely as we known her for. I have decided to bake some cupcakes for her even when she had blown the official birthday cake on Friday with the kiddies. .......my gals last year with Ascension Kindercare and I made cuppies for the kids in the centre. The best part was when I ran out of icing sugar to make the decor, did not know swirl designs require this much of icing sugar.Managaed to make 29 cuppies and 7 mini ones as I ran out of paper cups..(what a sotong baker rite..lol).

With the upcoming events happening in my company (resignees, birthday celebration) I decided to make some cuppies for 1 great colleague, Marie whom is leaving for better prospects.
