one reason i don't post lengthy commentaries on things like the snl 40th is because other people, people who often are getting paid to do so, will write pretty much the same things i would say, often with better results. like sports guy on said snl program.

upon the saturday night live 40th anniversary spectacular, i did find it sublime.
one was left wanting more, as one so often is, like for eddie to do something, anything, that showed you that he was still eddie.
