i fondly remember marches where i could walk around without a jacket. but with all this global warming i was freezing my ass off in the 23 degree air even wearing a light jacket when i walked to and from the restaurant for dinner around 7pm last night. it probably won't be too much longer before i'm saying that about may. curse you global warming!

i refuse, on principal, to run the heat on the last weekend in may. i awoke, just after noon, and the temperature in the house was a mere 62. the cloud-dotted sky outside is a brilliant blue but at 65 stepping outside didn't offer the comfort the sky implied.
there is a nice thin layer of snow on the hood of c.'s car this morning. we're going to visit my parents and the high for the day out there is 40. aughhh!
