well, i'll tell you something, it has been one long strange weekend. i've been preparing for Frances, waiting for Frances, finding out he isn't coming, then relaxing again. on friday, i did absolutely nothing but drive around for supplies with my mom. on saturday i worked for a couple hours, then went home, and got sick. on saturday morning, i called in sick to work and stayed and bed all day. chris was over all weekend and we had some fun spinning records and watching amelie and the brave little toaster. i also watched the wall, armageddon, st. elmos fire, and patch adams. four decent movies. i also bought digital fortress at publix so i can read again. i had a dream last night about my dream girl, i know this sounds weird, because whenever someone asks me about my dream girl, i say "i've never seen her before". well last night, that all changed. i was on the phone late with kyle and i thought really hard about the woman i wanted and she came right in my face. this is exactly what i said. " I want a girl who can talk with me about stuff that most couples don't talk about, like really good books or movies or records or something like that. i want to lay in bed with a girl and be able to sing each other to sleep while listening to Clapton or Hendrix or whatever on the stereo while we cuddle on a bed and fall asleep without any worry about sex or relationships. all that matters in the world in that moment is the two of us laying there. I can imagine her being tall, but not taller than me, with dark brown hair that goes to her shoulders, and steely gray eyes. Her style would be like modern hippie, with long breezy dresses and really colorful shirts. I want a woman to sit down with me, talk with me, and tell me everything is alright when im worried. That's my dream girl." I know, im fucking nuts. i thought it was just cool that for once in my life i wanted something more and fame and fortune. i want her. well, anyways, i better go now, ms thom is posting today. later, jonas.
P.S Happy Birthday to my Ferris!
