That could be cool
Since I now am aware of some of my friends being "Thread"-ites. I am thinking that the discussion about P-Poc's government would be really interesting to see run.
Do you go for a "Articles of Confederation-approach , a "Constitution" approach, a mosaic of city-states? It could be really interesting to see a congress set up where various factions discuss the issue, even if it was a one off, where people are given regional voices from the "grand duchy of pan-handle".
Than again, I used to do those type of historical simulations at the war-gaming conventions and I enjoy this type of thing immensely. I have two Tom Clancy novels Hardback from the gentleman from the War College who ran this type of a event at historicon.
