Glass-like clean water is a feature of arctic lakes. The water is so clean you could drink it without fear. But the main reason for such clean state is the water is either frozen or at just a few degrees above freesing point, and it's difficult to sustain animal or plant life in such conditions.
So, while visually it could be purrfect for some nekkid furs to bath there (oww, yammy), in reality you'll need a watertight otter fur or insulating layer of seal blabber to enjoy such bath. Or warm diving suit =^_-=
