Challenge of the Day: To stay completely ignorant of anything going on in the Patriots/Chargers game this afternoon, while the rest of New England watches the game so that I can pretend it is happening live at 6:30 p.m., when I'll actually be able to watch it.
This challenge is made more difficult by the fact that I will be at a movie theatre that is showing the game on one of their screens, and the game could very well be ending at the same time as the movie/birthday party I will be attending. Another obstacle will be driving to Boston and passing several bars/restaurants that will undoubtedly be showing the game as well, AND several signs that have been known to show the outcomes of important NE games in the past.
