Dear DHL,
I know that leaving a cardboard box full of books that I ordered from Spain on the uncovered porch during the middle of hours upon hours of thunderstorms (yes, those usually involve RAIN) seemed like a good idea at the time, but by the time I got home the box had completely disintegrated leaving two sopping wet (rather expensive ) books on the porch. Admittedly El Corte Ingles could have put padding or even a plastic bag between the books and the box, but apparently that was asking too much.
I will endeavor to build a roof over my porch before your next delivery if you could just let me know in advance when that will be.
