Should is a dangerous word. Really, there's no need to be so demanding of yourself. You *can* do all of those things, but there's no should about it. It takes time.
Did you end up taking a walk yesterday, or talking to Allison? I'm serious when I say that even a walk down to the field and a plan to hang out with someone sometime later will help. Also, kitties will help. I hope Java's being good to you, because he's awesome and I miss him.
