Hello world!
I finally got a promotion at work - but I think whats more shocking than my promotion is the fact that I'm sitting here WRITTING about it. I was promoted to Front Desk Manager at a different porperty - I'm at the Galleria now! This took place about 2 months ago. Its closer to home and way better pay.
I can't decided wether or not I like it. Okay, thats a little silly of me to say - I mean, I LOVE my job. Anyone who talks to me knows how much I light up when I talk about work or hotels in general - its just different. Its a transition. Not like it was a simple transition though. This hotel is undergoing SO much renovation. Its very stressful.
But, you know... once its finished, itll be fantastic.
Im gonna start trying to update more often. I find writting helps me think.
