I saw the cat near work again this morning. I fed it some kitty treats, which it happily ate up, and then took a swipe at me. It'll probably take a while for him to warm up to me.

I like my computer. I like it a lot. Except... my video card isn't up to snuff for World of Warcraft. Half the time, it works okay, but the other half, I get an average framerate of about 4-6 fps, with occasional dips down to about a frame every 1-3 seconds. I don't know if you can upgrade the graphics card on an iMac, but I really hope so ( Read more... )

Okay, I know I already made a YouTube post this morning, but this is too funny to pass up.

I took this picture last night in my back yard. Normally I'm arachnophobic, but I had to get about three inches from this thing to get this picture and I wasn't scared (when I went back a few minutes later and it was gone, then I got a little scared).

This morning, kokeshikitten discovered a peackock (or maybe a peahen) on our front porch. It got scared and ran to the lawn, where there was another one. And then a little later, we found one of them standing on the hood of my mom's car.
