Loscon Report: Day 3
Only one of my pieces sold. Out of ten. For the minimum bid. *mope, whine, cry* People have no taste. And I'm not going to stoop to the level of drawing Kirk and Spock in loincloths just to sell pictures. I'm going to try to sell the rest online. I just need to finish setting up the "originals" section of my website.
The masquerade was pretty good. Lots of kid's entries, which were cute. The two entries that stuck out to me the most were "Quidich Accident" in which a Quidich player is impaled on his broomstick, and "Van Helsing at the Vampire Ball," which I got some good pictures of after the event.
This morning I went to a good fencing demo, collected my art, got a Strawberries & Cream at Starbucks, and went home.
