So the good news is, I got invited to be in the art show of a con in February, by the con's art show director, who is also the art show director of several other cons, and is a member of the ComicCon staff. He must have seen my art at LosCon or WorldCon and liked it. I am flattered and sent in the registration form on Monday.
The bad news is, the con's in San Diego, which is kinda sorta on fire right now, and that sort of thing just might have, shall we say, a negative affect on conventions scheduled for the near future.
