I'm back...for now...
Hey guys, sorry I haven't been around commenting or even posting lately. Real life is kicking my arse, yet again. I've got to take on whatever extra work I can, because the car I was supposed to get free from the family, is pretty much gonna end up costing me 400$ simply because it was allowed to sit long enough for brake lines, and part of the exhaust to go to shit >.< I'm soooo pissed right now. I don't know if I can even afford that, I've got a kid to buy school clothes for in September, so I'm kinda debating just...saying forget it, scrap the damn thing or sell it, I don't care. I'll have a license but I suppose I'll just be carless for another year, what the fuck ever.
The neighborhood is crazy lately, the people down the street are splitting up over domestic abuse, and it's affecting my daughter, who's friends with their teenager. I'm dealing with attitude and mood swings and I'm just ready to tear my hair out.
And this bloody weather! Last three days have been like 30C, with a humidex of 36C. Frikkin insane! I can't even breathe unless I go down to the swimming hole, and I've already got a sunburn on my face, back and shoulders from spending too much time down there trying to keep cool :(. But there's no way I'm putting an air conditioner in this place, it's just too much on the old electric bill!
I'll be on to chat more when I can, but my computer is on the top floor, and it's sweltering up there all day long. So I'm kinda hiding out in the garage a lot, it's the only cool room in the house lately >.
