So, on that note, shalom one and all! Word on the street has it that I'll be updating a bit more often starting soon, since we're submitting to Intel on Tuesday and Siemens is this weekend. Which is a very, very good thing for you, faithful readers. That being said, a quick thought. I was at dinner with mommy, daddy, and stepmommy the other night, and the discussion turned to the alcoholism that my stepmom seems to think I have. Apparently whenever I'm in the fridge, I'm stealing beers. Anywho, this prompted my dad to comment that if I win at Siemens this weekend, he'll reward me with a beer. That's great, dad, I really do appreciate the offer, but wouldn't you be better off giving it to me before the competition, while I'm dealing with all the stress? I could sure use a drink right now. It's not going to do me any good after I win.
By the way, I really don't want to try to come across as, you know, arrogant and narcissistic or anything, but, well, I'm the cover story of the Bellmore and Merrick Heralds this week, so either check the paper out (it came in the mail probably yesterday) or go here. And please don't tell me how much you want me after reading that article and especially seeing that picture. Please. It's understood.
And before I go, I'd just like to give a message to the proletariat. Don't let the Man oppress you--revolt against the bourgeois capitalist pig!
Also, if you have any self-respect, you will illegally download The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway by Genesis right now. I mean come on, does anything sound better than a concept album where the crux of the story is the castration of the main character, whose removed member is snatched away by an overgrown raven?
