I finished 'Infinite Ryvius' the other day. I have to say I was luke warm about it at first but I ended up really liking it. It's far from the typical "high schoolers in space fight evil" and more along the lines of "people in power often screw up, even when they have the best intentions." Actually, I'm really happy to not be in the past. It turns out that the past actually sucks pretty bad. Though the linked article refers more to the distant past than to the "ten years ago" past, it's still valid. The "ten years ago" past is long enough ago to be ancient and scary to us tech users anyways. :shivers at the thought:
