Long live the weekend
I just got back from The Living End show tonight. The Living End is awesome. I dig their new CD. There were a lot of jerkass guys in the pit tonight. Paul, Lauren, and BoB went. Anne and her friend Beth didn't. Lauren's friends Holly and Randy went. The Living End even played "Carry Me Home," their song in Guitar Hero 2. w00t! But I've been a fan of them since I was in 8th grade. Had a good time for sure.
The roads were icy on the way home. I didn't bring my computer up to Clackamas for the break since I'm only going to be up here for four days. I guess I had promised Paul that we would get together and trade music but I didn't bring it up and now I feel really bad so I almost want to drive back down to Eugene and go get it just so we can. On Tuesday my parents and I are flying down to San Diego for two weeks for vacation. I'm looking forward to it since I haven't had a real vacation all year. I plan on reading a lot, seeing a lot of movies, playing a lot of Nintendo DS, spending lots of quality time with my family, and going to as many theme parks as possible.
We're going to Disneyland on December 26th as a big family, it should be lots of fun. I have a free pass to Six Flags Magic Mountain, I'll see if I can get some of my little cousins to come with me this time. I also want to see if I can't get a trip to Knott's Berry Farm out of this vacation as well. My ex-coworker Devlin works at an Apple Store in San Diego somewhere and he's a really cool guy so I want to see if I can visit him. Every year I always dream of going to some kick ass concerts while down in SoCal but it never works out.
