She's referring to vegetarian "Better Than Bouillon" which we found at Whole Foods yesterday. It's perfect, it's ideal. It's the answer to a cook's dreams.
Meanwhile, I am saving the scraps trimmed from vegetables in a bag in the freezer, to make vegetable stock the old fashioned way.
You know, you're helping cure my recipe addiction. I don't need to copy this because I'll have the cook instead. :)

Why is it that people insist gravy is difficult to make without meat stock? It really isn't!
