Training
Not much time to type---on break from one of my last training sessions. Miss you guys...
(later) Finished with Diversity class. Sat near a very vocal young transgendered woman, and didn't identify myself as gay in the discussion for fear of offending the conservative-minded woman (Wanda) that I've befriended. Cowardly me. Anyway, found out that I'll be working at Shuring House with severely disabled individuals. Not much talking, but lots of poop and such things. I'd rather work with higher functioning people but it will be good to get my squeamishness of changing adults and other icky jobs out of the way. I'll be moving around to different job sites for the next few months anyway...
What else? Had dinner with Carl, Caleb, and other folks from the Pheonix Church the other day. Pretty cool people but don't like the theology of the church.
