1. Get in better shape - doing well
This is where I'm doing best (8 course dinners being an exception). Have been cycling every day to work, eating about 8 portions of fruit and veg a day, less high GI foods, only 1 cup of caffeine each day and lots of peppermint tea, and drinking very moderately. I'm really enjoying cooking lots of tasty healthy things too. Dunno that I look different, but I feel much more alert and energetic.

2. Be more glamourous - could try harder
Have realised that cycling to work makes this rather difficult. Styled my hair a bit better and trimmed my fringe, and wearing decent make up but not much progress here really. Today I am wearing standard jeans, hoodie and converse (albeit sequinned ones).

3. Being nice - not bad
I have set up a monthly direct debit for Medicins Sans Frontieres and organised a Springfield House pub meeting for next week.
