Joel's 23rd Birthday Party
Who: Anyone who wants to show up. Joel is happy to have anyone and he posted the invite publicly plus the club is operating as normal so anyone can stop in as long as they're of age or have ID to get in.
What: Joel's birthday dance party
When: April 23rd, 8:30pm EST - Regular closing hours.
Where: PULSE night club.
The meet up would start about 8:30 when Joel and mama Carter arrived. They'd snag a few tables in a back corner and claim them for the group. Anyone would be welcome to join in hanging out and drinking (though drinks are on your own characters tab no open bar sorry). The club is operating as normal so there would be lots of people there not involved with the party as well.
At about 10 they'd have cake (vanilla with chocolate frosting) and then back to dancing and drinking and enjoying themselves.
Joel would be friendly with everyone and dance with anyone who asked. Mama Carter (Samantha would also enjoy herself, drinking (but not getting drunk ) and dancing too generally being a chill mom, more like a friend than a mom in this setting. Any presents he was given he'd open right there with the person and set it aside, not making a big deal of them.
