Cha cha cha cha changes...
I'm sure y'all been goin' crazy wondering when I was going to update this thing but worry no more for, I am here to update and update I shall. You prolly noticed in my first sentence (aside from the bad grammar) that I used the contraction y'all, which is a combination of the words you and all. The reason I chose to use the contraction y'all is because I am now a Texan! That's right y'all, as of February 8th at 11:30ish Jeni and I moved into our new San Antonio home. So far, I can say, that, I'm having, a good time but really I haven't been here long enough to formulate an opinion good or bad but there is a lot to like here in Texas. Before I left for Texas when I was making the decision whether to leave or not I was doing my best at finding excellent reasons why I should move to Texas. In the end the choice seemed clear until all the reasons I had to stay showed up all at once to wish me farewell.
I probably should note that I'm typing this from my laptop and I'm downstairs at our new town home. My router is upstairs sooooooo if you put two and two together you'll realize that I have a new wireless router! For Christmas my parents got me a wireless router but since I knew I was moving I didn't even unpack it until now. A wireless router is a pretty neat toy and will come in handier when we decide what we want to do as far as a media center is concerned.
A lot of people have been asking me if I'm going to get into another band down here in Tejas and at this point I think I'm going to leave the band days behind me. For now I just want to do some experimental solo stuff, just for fun but I might create a website and post what I write for y'all to here. I was lucky enough to have some great friends who banded to together and got me an ultra rad acoustic bass as a surprise going away gift. That along with my keyboard should give me enough to make some interesting music and maybe, just maybe someday you'll get to hear it!
Well this wasn't too exciting sorry but the Olympics are on and I think I've already blogged about how much I like the Olympics so I gotta go!
