Fuckin Reiki....
So my lifes calling, Reiki, becomes more bleak.
As I browse the internet for suitable Masters to train me... all I find are these elaborate websites that make my breakfast, lunch AND dinner rise into my throat. A cacaphony of obnoxious colors, rediculous quotes of wisdom, and so many jpegs of golden buddhas, glowing hands, and rainbow chakra forheads.
But thats the least of it. As if being a Reiki master isnt enough, these "Healers" cannot FATHOM writing their first name without a billion honorifics to back it up. Here is an example:
Wendy Bodin, BS CKT CHP, Reiki Master,
Pranic Healer, Buddhist Spiritual Healer,
Certified Kinesiologist, Certified Herbalist,
Registered Counselor, Feng Shui Consultant
and Personal Empowerment Facilitator

Do we REALLY need to see how fucking great you are? Perhaps you can walk on water? Turn stones in bread. Water into wine?

Years ago, when i decided Reiki was what I wanted to do, I -seriously- did not expect to find so many..
Charlatans? Sorcerers? Lairs, Cheats, Scum?
Im sure many of these people have good intentions...while they make exorbant amounts of money off peoples pain.
I say this, I WILL charge money for my sessions, as I do need to eat and pay the rent as well. But ... seriously... 500 bucks to learn how to heal? Shit this world needs more healers... 60 bucks an hour so I can send energy through your body?

All i want to do is find an honest person to train me, a mentor I can get advice from and not have to worry about being just another... Customer..
