(no subject)
so my birthday sucked. possibly the lamest birthday ever but i wasn't really expecting much. whatever, it's over and i don't have another one to deal with for another year.
started work at kinkos/fedex yesterday. i don't really know what to expect from it because my training has consisted of me sitting in a room clicking through online courses or reading out of new hire books. no floor time except for when i need to find my trainer to tell him i'm all done with the stuff he's given me. don't really know what to expect out of the people there either. granted it's only been my second day and i haven't really been contributing to anything but all of the other co-workers, except for maybe a couple, seem really stand-offish.
i'll go on the record saying that i'll never work in a cubicle. as much as i enjoy sitting in front of my own computer screen i'm not going to do it for a living.
so yeah that's about it i guess.
