Hey guys. Well, the let me out of the hospital yesterday morning. I'm doing mostly well. I did not puke the whole time! I was sitting up and walking to the bathroom the night i had the total abdominal hysto (I went in at 7:30am). The doc was great and did a wonderful job. She even held my hand the minute she got there. The catheter was out the second day and I was up walking laps the second night. By day 3 i was ready to go home!. I've been resting. Still pretty sore and tired often. Will probably need to rest some more after this. I'm enjoying my recliner and having others take care of me lol I already noticed more body hair, my beard is growing faster and at day 3 my muscles suddenly had more definition. I can't wait to see what other changes are going to occur. I have some questions for

How long did it take you to go number 2? I feel like I gotta go but can't. Any suggestions on how to move things along? :) Did you have any hot flashes? Cold sweats? I had them really bad when i first got into my hospital room. It's slowly going away. Have you noticed them getting better as time went on and as you took more "T"? Also, any larger guys have surgery where the scar was underneath a skin roll? i have lost a lot of weight but not all of my skin has tightened up so the scar is under skin. I am keeping a clean pillow case under it for now but does anyone have any suggestions for care? Last question...how long did it take you guys to be able to go outside and walk? I'm getting a little stir crazy. The doc said to walk as much as possible but she also said to rest up since i want to go to my dad's for christmas. I was just curious what kind of activities people were doing when.
