More on tonight's House episode later, but can anyone tell me what was going on when House put his finger on the side of his nose and everyone else followed suit? I'm talking about the scene when they were testing for post-herpetic neuralgia. It was sort of like the "keep mum" motion to me, and I can't get any other meaning out of it.
