We signed our lease on Friday.  Moved on Saturday.  Our realtor called on Tuesday to let us know that (long story short) the buyer's financing fell through.  We were supposed to close on the 14th of this month.  Now our house will be back on the market, and vacant, and we're going to be paying not one, not two, but three rents come 1 Jan.  Awesome ( Read more... )
