Finally Finished - May

Jun 16, 2011 19:51

even though we're halfway into June, i've not been able to post what i finished in May coz my LJ app wasnt working. so anyway, May was a productive month for me! maybe because i hardly finished anything in april and i managed to dig up some half finished products :)

top from left to right:

klorane peony shampoo - the lux deep repair shampoo caused my scalp alot of grief so i switched to this on the advise on the SA. this is supposed to be for irritated scalps and did help abit in soothing my scalp down.  supposed to alternate with the yellow shampoo meant for oily scalps for best results.

elseve nutri gloss conditioner - this was a half finished bottle that i never got around to finishing. am glad i did. elseve conditioners tend to work for my hair but i go thru them so fast!

ocean healths omega 3 supplements - 2nd bottle i am thru but i have slacked on taking them daily.

dhc cleansing oil - in hk a few trips back, i picked up many bottles of this coz they were on offer and this was my last bottle. its too expensive to buy locally but i'll definitely pick it up when there's a promo.

hada labo sensitive skin cleanser - i prefer this mousse cleanser to the regular mousse cleanser, cleansed well but gentle still. and i figured out as much as i like mousse products, they're arent necessarily the best..

aqualabel whitening lotion (S) - this is for oily-combi skin and does a decent job as a toner, in fact, i am onto my 2nd bottle :)

lux deep repair conditioner - i found that the conditioner was effective, good at softening the hair. will definitely repurchase conditioner (but not shampoo!!)

skin food cucumber soothing mask - another staple

lux deep repair hair mask - i really like this mask and will definitely repurchase. texture was vvv thick, almost solid like and managed to soften my hair even after swims! too bad i think its only available in japan.

t3 body scrub - this has been a staple of mine since many years ago. i dont use normal body scrubs on my upper body as they tend to break me out if they're too oily, this works fine and scrubs well. i think they discontinued it though coz i cant seem to find it in supermarkets! picked up some tubes at queensway shopping center when i stumbled onto it

nuskin antibacterical cleansing gel - another forgotten find from long ago (amazing what stuff you dig up when moving!). to be absolutely honest, i dont like it at all. smells medicated, hard to wash off. thank goodness there was v little left so i finished it up in a few uses. i'll stick to my shokubutshu :)

dasio brush and sponge cleanser - i stocked up on this (when i was in japan!!!) and like how it washed my brushes and spognes. makes it alot easier so i do it more often.

skII cleansing oil - travel sized sample left over from one of the trips. i dont really see the hype, it does smell good but thin texture (i prefer something thicker). i think i need a bigger sample before i can decide :p

dr di ci labo moisturiser - that was the last of my moisturiser. when i run out of my existing (and all that i have stocked up, i might go back to this. its a simple basic moisturiser)

skII clear lotion - i actually went thru the full size bottle. skII didnt give me results that i expected (well nothing worth paying for) so i doubt i'll repurchase from them.

skII cleanser - cant remember what sort of cleanser this was but supposed to use on dry face! cute concept but i'll not splurge on the full size.

so much products used up!! :D its no wonder that i've only managed to finish 2 products so far this month, will work harder!

finally finished
